1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

• data sent through the contact form: your name, e-mail address, the message and the IP address it was sent from;
• technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit — logged automatically by the server;
• cookies — see section 6.

We do not ask for or process sensitive data.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• to answer your questions and requests — based on your request and our legitimate interest in communicating with customers;
• to run and secure the site (preventing abuse, troubleshooting) — legitimate interest;
• for visit statistics (Google Analytics) — only with your consent, given in the cookie banner.

4. How long we keep data

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires, and then delete it.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data. It may be accessed by providers that help us run the site (hosting, statistics), only to the extent necessary, and by public authorities when the law requires it.

Google Analytics is provided by Google; data may be transferred outside the Republic of Moldova (including to the USA) under the safeguards Google provides. The service is enabled only if you accept analytics cookies.

6. Cookies

• strictly necessary (PHPSESSID, clp, cc_consent) — session, sign-in and keeping your cookie choices;
• analytics (_ga, _gid, _gat — Google Analytics) — only with your consent.

7. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, to object to processing and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. To do so, write to us at the contacts above.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (datepersonale.md).

8. Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to data is limited to those who need it.

9. Children

The site is not intended for persons under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; the current version is published on this page with the date of the last update.
